Colorado Christian Health

Colorado Christian Health is a small, family and veteran owned and operated Mobile Community health clinic based in Elizabeth, Colorado. We are a faith based not-for profit health organization. Our mission is to provide low cost or no cost general health and medical care to the underserved and underinsured populations of eastern Colorado. Our goal is to partner with various churches, and community organizations to provide general health and wellness day clinics to rural communities with limited access to routine health care on a rotating basis.
